It has been improved to be up to 3 times faster than the existing Sol Biz app, and services have been significantly enhanced, including: ▲ application of a user-friendly UX ▲ easy and fast sign-up ▲ customized home screens for each business owner ▲ Representative Mode, a specialized service for business owners.
In addition, it provides various business-exclusive services such as quick transfers, interactive product subscriptions, credit rating applications, open banking for sole proprietors, policy support fund recommendations, and fund report subscriptions. ▣ Core Services of New Sol Biz
New Sol Biz is Shinhan Bank's flagship mobile corporate banking service that enhances convenience for corporate customers by expanding mobile services. In addition to basic banking services such as inquiries and transfers, it provides multi-level approval functions essential for corporate operations, as well as features like non-face-to-face membership registration, integrated fund management for viewing financial information from other banks, a product mall for non-face-to-face product subscriptions, and support for non-financial services to assist SOHO customers with business management. ▣ Key Service Features
- Banking Service: Enables the performance of basic banking tasks such as account inquiries, transfers, electronic payments, utility bill payments, and foreign currency remittances.
- Quick Transfer Service: Provides a transfer function via a Quick Transfer button, allowing access to the most frequently used transfer tasks from any menu.
- Salary Transfer and Payroll Ledger: A service that enables quick and easy salary transfers through a payroll ledger that stores and manages employee salary accounts.
- Product Mall: A service that allows non-face-to-face product subscriptions for KRW deposit/withdrawal accounts, foreign currency deposit/withdrawal accounts, installment savings, loans, Yellow Umbrella Mutual Aid, and more.
- Integrated Fund Management Service: A financial information service that allows managing accounts scattered across various financial institutions, corporate cards, and purchase/sales information at a glance (provides functions such as all-bank account inquiry, all-card company inquiry, purchase/sales inquiry, fund collection, and reporting).
- SOHO Service: Provides management convenience for SOHO customers by partnering with various non-financial services such as business partners, tax support, and shopping mall services.
- Simple Login: Allows SOHO customers to log in using a PIN number, without a corporate certificate. Log in using simple methods such as patterns or fingerprints.
- Non-face-to-face membership registration: For sole proprietors, sign up without visiting a bank through a non-face-to-face real-name verification process.
- Integrated fund management service: A financial information service that allows you to manage accounts scattered across various financial institutions, corporate cards, and purchase/sales information at a glance (provides features such as all-bank account inquiry, all-card company inquiry, purchase/sales inquiry, fund collection, and reporting).
▣ How to Use
* Download the app and use it immediately without visiting a branch.
- Non-face-to-face service application: After installing SOL Biz, you can sign up and open an account by proceeding with identity verification and the non-face-to-face real-name verification process.
▣ Precautions
- Data charges may apply when downloading via 3G or LTE. We recommend downloading over a Wi-Fi network.
- Cannot be used on hacked devices.
- If the certificate cannot be copied, it may be due to firewall issues, so please try proceeding on a PC in a different location.
- If installation fails, please check the ‘Unknown sources’ option in the settings. ▣ To use Shinhan SOL Biz, you must allow the following access permissions.
(Required) Phone
Used for mobile phone status and ID verification, connecting to the Customer Center, changing Shinhan Card merchant payment accounts (Shinhan Card phone consultation), calling phone numbers in the SOHO Success Support Center, calling device information, and dialing specific numbers (Customer Center, etc.).
※ Required access permissions are essential for using SOL Biz, and the service may not function properly if permissions are denied.
(Optional) Storage
Used for file saving, photo saving, photo retrieval, and file retrieval functions in Digital Certificate login/copy and document download.
(Optional) Address Book
Used for importing contacts and phone numbers from the Phone Call app or Phonebook app in Transfers (Import Contacts) and Open Banking (ARS) within Integrated Fund Management. (Optional) Camera
The camera function is called and used for QR Certificate Easy Copy, Local Tax Payment, QR Local Tax Payment, National Tax Payment, QR National Tax Payment, Non-face-to-face Real-name Verification (Membership Sign-up, Product Sign-up, Identity Verification), and Foreign Exchange Document Submission.
(Optional) Microphone
The phone's function or the recording app on the phone is called or used during non-face-to-face Real-name Verification video calls.
* You can use Shinhan SOL Biz services even if you do not agree to the access permissions for the above items, but there may be restrictions on the use of some functions.
